What is NLP?

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) can be regarded as the study of excellence. The challenge, however, is that demonstrated excellence is mostly outside of our conscious awareness. Therefore if you recognise someone doing something with excellence and ask them about it, you will often find that they have taken that excellence for granted. Not only that but they will not therefore be able to tell you how they do what they do. But with the tools of NLP, their strategy for excellence can be elicited.
