CRM Sales Support Administrator

Calling all data demons! We need an organised and strategic thinker to help us to improve the relationships with our amazing prospects and customers.

We now require a key person to support sales with experience in data management and reporting who will enable us to become more efficient, focused and time managed in our marketing and sales of our products.

To move forward at speed, we need an organised and strategic thinker to systematize our mass of data, to enable us to understand our existing clientele better and target more precisely our future audience. The Role:

  • You will be responsible for the data support, distribution to the sales department and organisation of the data.
  • Highlight the most cost effective and efficient programs, based on lead, closing percentages and revenue created.
  • Report on the CRM targeting strategy ie which achieve the highest possible response rate
  • Co-ordinate elements of the e-marketing and advise sales on the activity daily.
  • Monitor email marketing campaigns
  • Distribute leads to individual Best You Advisors weekly, and daily
  • Police the activity of the sales advisor team with regards the progress of each lead from A-Z
  • Support other business marketing activity
  • Work with team members to understand campaign effectiveness
  • Report, request and deliver improvements to our campaigns and sales
  • Use your understanding of CRM best practice to suggest innovative ways of improving our CRM capability

Person required:

  • Intelligent and highly motivated individual who is comfortable working with data.
  • Calm and thrives in a pressured environment and is accustomed to meeting deadlines.
  • Brings passionate expertise to their work.
  • Gains satisfaction from providing exceptional client service through continuously and innovatively improving our marketing effectiveness.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Practical Experience:

You will need to meet the following requirements:
  • Educated to degree level with a strong analytical and/or numerical/statistical component
  • Have at least 2 years relevant work experience in a data driven marketing environment
  • Experience of using Campaign Management software, ideally Infusionsoft.
  • Experience of e-marketing and email software such as mailchimp, hubspot, constantcontact, etc.
  • Familiarity with setting up campaign reporting and effectiveness across different channels
  • An understanding in the importance of using transactional data sets to derive and propose different targeting profiles and strategies

Compensation details

  • £20-25k pa dependent on experience
