- So, Hans, how are you going to use your NLP?

"Well, I do life coaching and business coaching, specialising in helping people who want to move from working for other people into working for themselves.  So, I suppose that what I do is entrepeneurial coaching!  And I also work with non-commercial teams who need to start thinking a little more commercially."

- And what have you made of the NLP Master Practitioner course with Richard Bandler?

"Oh, fantastic!  You know, I've been using NLP for a long time - but just bits and bobs over the last 15 years.  What this course has done is to organise all those bits and bobs - and added a whole lot on top of it."

- What's different about how you've learned NLP before with the training you've just had from NLP LIFE TRAINING?

"It's the compactness, the intensity and the great illustrations that both guys - Richard and John - give.  Their technology is delivered in such an amazing manner.  In the beginning you don't even understand what they're doing, but as things progress you begin to see how they're constantly using all the stuff they are teaching, how it can work, and what it does to people.  It's really impressive."

- So, do you use hypnosis in your work?

"No, I've never had the guts to do it.  It really is one of the aspects of NLP I've never had the guts to use because it had a negative image both for me and for the people I was working with.  People - and this used to be me, too - were scared of it.  There are a lot of things people don't need to worry about, I suppose.  Hypnosis is one of them.  It's a very effective and efficient way of changing beliefs and habits.  I see that, now."

- How else are you intending to use your NLP?

"Well, if everything goes okay, then I am intending to use it in a large European organisation I am going to work for.  The plan is to coach mainly their secretarial teams.  NLP will be extremely useful in this context to bring more focus and control to the working environment.  You can use NLP to make people aware of certain processes of what's really happening and of the possibility to change things - but you can also use it as an underlying technique in existing situations, where you can be very subtle in changing things, and changing people's opinions and frames of reference.

"It's going to be an exciting time ahead, that's for sure.  This training has been very useful indeed!"

- Hans Van Asseldonk, thank you!
