Well we're in the run-up to Christmas here in Western Europe - and I want to wish you a very, very Happy Christmas, whatever religion, persuasion, creed or belief you may have.
I hope that you, like me, will take some time to do the things that really matter to you over the festive season, and be with the people you care most about. The newspapers keep telling us that the times ahead are looking tough - that's why I think it's vital that we all refocus on the important things in life - our family, friends and the people we love. These are where we all draw our strength, and at the end of the day, it is really these people who are the most important factors in all our lives.
For us, here in the office, it stays madly busy. Every day brings new challenges, new ventures and adventures. I am really excited to be one of the promoters for Anthony Robbins's "Unleash The Power Within Seminar" event next year. He's a personal hero - so getting the chance to work on his behalf is a huge honour. If you had told me five years ago that this is what I would be dong now, I think I might not have believed you. The journey goes on!

One of the articles I really like is Rosemarie Blackthorn's frank discussion of the changes Richard Bandler's Licensed NLP Practitioner course made to her. She didn't use it specifically to become a therapist or work in HR or do sales - but just came along because she saw that it was a way to change the way she did things in her life. In its straightforwardness it reveals one of the things that is often overlooked in other NLP trainings: NLP is about changing the way that you are, as much as it is about acquiring skills. To really make your NLP work, that is absolutely at the heart of our training. It's why we say: "Training Differently, Making A Difference". Rosemarie's story reminds me of that.
