TIP 1
Behaviours are rarely wrong in themselves, they just occur in the wrong context.  For example: it's good to be afraid of heights, it makes you more careful.  But being terrified of standing on the first rung of a stepladder - that is probably the wrong context!

TIP 2
If you spend enough time looking for what's bad about the world or about yourself, you're bound to eventually turn something up.  Try looking for what's good, instead. The results can be surprising!

TIP 3

Asking why did this happen? when confronted by a difficult situation will often get you nowhere.  Start asking how do I solve this? instead.

TIP 4
Lack of confidence, anxiety and stress are activities, not conditions. You have to do something in your head to get those emotions. Doing something different will get you a different result.

TIP 5
Many people don't even know that they talk to themselves in their own minds, using an imagined voice.  For some people, their "internal dialogue" makes them feel terrible.  Just changing the voice's tonality can make a huge difference to how you feel.

TIP 6

Some people can't take a compliment because they are suspicious of other people's agendas for saying things.  If you are missing out on feeling good about yourself because of your beliefs - it's about time you changed your beliefs!

TIP 10

Digging around in your past won't change the way you feel - at least not how you might like to feel.  Remember: the best thing about the past is that it's over.  Put it behind you and start now to create your future.
