Whilst on a flight a couple of years ago, as I sat shoe-horned in to my undersized seat (or maybe its my body that is oversized)... I became aware of a highly attentive stewardess paying all of her attention, sadly not to me, but to an elderly lady who she escorted to a seat, an aisle seat like mine, some 3 or 4 rows ahead of me.
