Fantastic experience and just what I needed. Very empowering, puts you in the driving seat, gives you the skills that you can use and put them to work immediately I think. Very practical, very worthwhile.
I’ve read all of Paul’s books and a lot of Richard’s books so I already had a good idea about what NLP is but it’s very different reading the book and very different being here in person and actually doing the exercises in a coaching situation. I would strongly recommend that if you’ve read the books and you’ve tried the techniques to come and actually do it amongst like minded people and with experts on hand to help you. It takes it to a whole new level.
