This picture for me depicts the moment mr Paul McKenna started his process in freeing me from 50 years of being unable to look at myself in the mirror and see the beautiful person I am and not the little girl who only saw blame, hurt, pain, guilt, shame, disgusts.
I have worked on myself for years to heal that little girl, I worked with agency’s to help them better understand the effects of child sexual abuse in every aspect of life.
So wonderful to work with the great Dr Richard and Paul, I too are working hard to get to one of their life changing seminars, they both really are amazing xx
Just finished Day 2 so a way to go but I have learnt the some life valuable skills already on how to change my dysfunctional beliefs about people and situations through NLP and learning the language that can communicate to the UC mind.
The information given is invaluable and I can't wait to learn more.
