I was enjoying the event, learning much from the speakers and meeting fun new friends though didn't think I had anything that needed 'curing' . However when I talked with one of the NLP Practioners because I would have liked to become less emontional, I found it hard to speak. We had an almost one-sided conversation and eventhough it look less than 5 minutes for me to work out what the issue was and then change my thought process, I walked away with a big smile on my face. I used it while typing this and I now sit here calm and happy.
So thank you to everyone there who made the weekend, this introduction course has made me see how powerful and supportive NLP can be to my life.
